As you nurture yourself emotionally, so too will you be nourished physically.
While you engage in your delicious SELF-retreat, we prepare scrumptious organic, vegetarian meals and snacks.
Breakfast is served at about 9am, allowing plenty of time to sleep in. If you want to sleep longer, you can take your breakfast back to bed! And for the early risers who get peckish before 9, fruit is always available.
Lunch happens at about 1pm and it’s the time when we break our daily silence… unless you’re enjoying the quietude, in which case, you can continue your silence all day if you like. Nobody will be offended if you don’t want to talk to anybody!
Dinner is served about half an hour after sunset. That way you can enjoy the dusky colours and the closing hours of the day and still make it inside where a belly-warming evening meal will be waiting for you.
If you’re in need of a detox, there is also a juice fasting option: 3 organic juices served daily at mealtimes instead of food. We recommend a naturopathy consultation also if you are fasting.
